The Guardians undertook a Current State Review of the DEI maturity in 2021 and the Leadership Team and Board agreed on five guiding principles which have been central in the development of this strategy. It builds on the learnings of work conducted earlier and is the result of many discussions with staff who are largely responsible for its development.
