New Zealand Superannuation Fund Chief Executive Adrian Orr will take part in a flagship panel discussion on Maximising Finance for Development in Washington on 14 October (US time). The panel, hosted by World Bank President Jim Yong Kim, is part of the annual meetings of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.

The discussion will be livestreamed. It will focus on how the private sector may fill financing gaps in development efforts.

Mr Orr will be joined by speakers Renu Sud Karnad, Managing Director, Housing Development Finance Corporation; Paul Kagame, President, Rwanda; and Bill Winters, Chief Executive Officer, Standard Chartered. The panel will be moderated by MSNBC Anchor and Business Correspondent Ali Velshi.
